Hi, I'm Mike. Also known as Hybrid Athlete Guy.

I have a BS in Sport and Exercise Science. I worked as a personal trainer and CrossFit coach from 2012 to 2018, then spent six years as a firefighter.

I've spent the last two years training simultaneously for strength and running performance without sacrificing either.

I coach people to do the same.
